Default Is there a lemon law for polaris

I would go to the dealer with a T-shirt on thats says something about the quad sucking and make sure customers see it.
Ask for an Customer Representative to come to the dealer, wear that shirt and spout your desire for an replacement.....
1st of all I would definetly tell the dealer that you dont even trust the quad IF they got it to work.
Thats CRAP!! Nothing NEW should have to return so many times in such a short period of time! I dont trust it and its not my quad.
I hope you can get the problem resolved.

Try taking it to a differnet dealer. You might just have the wrong people looking at it. I have about 50 hrs on my 05 LE and not one problem. Not even a hickup. I keep mine clean and deatailed after every ride to and you should always put your battery on a trikle charger a couple hours every two weeks no matter what atv.

The people working on your Polaris at the dealer are idiots. The charging system on your Polaris is not hard to fix when the dealer has all the parts there to fix it and all of the good tech manauls to help with the problem.

Take it somewhere else. Most likely after they fix it right you will not have any more problems.

As indicated above, so called "Lemon Laws" vary from state to state. Google "Maryland lemon law" and there are several sites from which to choose for help.

Four years ago, using Missouri's Lemon Law, I was able to persuade Ford to buy back my 2000 F-350. It was a lengthly, annoying process, but finally worth it ..... and I'm a lawyer. Knowing what I know now, I suspect that it would be difficult to find an attorney to handle it for you and if once you did, it would likely be expensive.

Good luck.

The lemon law is not brand specific. It is a state law. I live in California and ATV's are covered under the lemon law. I got my money back from Actic Cat. You may be able to find out online. In California you need one of the following: Three attempts to resolve the same issue, or 30 days in the shop. Good Luck.

Unfortunatley for some the dealers don't have the most experienced techs working for them.
I would try a different dealer for a second opinion and if they fix it approach the owner of the dealership (not the service manager) with all the invoices you have for not fixing the problem.
I have been lucky enough to have a good dealer who cares,in fact when they replaced the service manager and he and I butted heads the owner was right there to see what the issue was and from then on even though the serv man didn't like it he was helpful and civil.

We spend alot of money with these guys and the customer is almost always right and if they don't meet your expectations then move on but be sure to show him the other brand you bought.

It takes years to earn a customers trust and second s to loose it.

Good luck.
