Most American beer sucks. At least all the major brands do. It tastes like soda water compared to the dark beer I drank in Germany. That stuff was almost black and you couldn't see daylight though a pint of it.

American beer is sometimes called lawnmower beer. It's okay if you want to chug a cold drink after being out in the sun all day, mowing the grass and such. I prefer iced tea or water. Our beer is so bad I quit drinking beer altogether and switched to mixed drinks.

We used to go some where in Michigan, on one of the lakes. A place called the "Abbey". We went in Jan/Feb a couple of times and what I remember most was renting snowmobiles and riding them on the frozen lake. Very

Make that a Jim and Coke and you've got a deal, Budman!

Actually I have Jim Beam Black and RC cola in the fridge right now. It's coming out of there right after I eat something. I drink it from a coffee cup and use the same mug for coffee in the morning. Mmm, extra flavor coffee. I like RC just as well as Coke and buy whichever is on sale. If I run out of Jim Beam I have 190 proof Everclear as a backup. I have it shipped in from out-of-state.
