Sparky, I'm not trying to be a smarta$$ but what mirrors are so important? Why does everyone want them?
I had to buy a side mirror for my Honda and my firend owns a Honda dealership and he gave me the mirror for cost and that was about $100 savings on just one mirror. If this guy was making $100 for a pair, I don't think that's out of line but if he's adjusting the price according to demand, then he probably owns an oil company , too.

They're the big newer style telescoping mirrors. The ones this guy is selling are imitations, but they look exactly the same. He isn't making $100, he's making another $100 on top of what he was already making. Look for a truck like ours, but an 06 or 07 classic with the telescoping tow mirrors, and that's what they look like. I have no problem with somebody making money, but when their profit is more than half the cost of the item that's ridiculous, unless it's something under $100

Yep just got them....it was a 12 hr day to and from SF. Turned out we didnt have a real appt but because we had airline ticket receipts they had them ready for us in 6 hrs. This was 1 of 13 passport offices in the US. Extremely nice people working in that office.

Have you guys read about turning your diesel into a vegetable oil burner?
They had an article in todays paper and said how illegal it is. Huh? These guys recycle used cooking oil but they're required to buy a $1000 insurance bond, do detailed paperwork and still pay the government it's .24 a gallon tax and obtain a special fuel license to operate on the road.
You would think that anything that helps to recycle products would be a benefit.
