Thanks. I just noticed that you have a section on here...lol. But my work limits the time I actually have to work on the atv. When I get a little more time to tear into it I will let you know what I find on the other post so I don't get lost in here. I am thinking of putting a clutch kit and pipe on the 2005 that I have also. My wife rides it and she gets mad because it doesn't run like mine so she sneaks on mine all the time...lol. Oh well. But does the same clutch kit that is on the 4.5 fit the 2005 also? I was just wondering since the 05 has the 26" tires on it. It already has the K&N air filter so she just wants the pipe and clutch kit.

Oh yeah, will the dynojet help mine any. I haven't gotten it yet but was just wondering. I have the stock jet in right now.

 

The cluthcing would be very similar but I'm pretty sr eyour 05' has a team sec. on it and your 04.5's don't. On the jet kit I get mixed review from customers some liek them alot and some notice nothing I know they make more hp on a dyno but you don';t always see it in real world situations.
