Default wolverine vs 500 scrambler

I the the new wovlerine will be better overall than the scrambler due to the weight and the power will be close enough to the scrambler. With then new 4wd system and most importanly the adjustable suspension it should handle better. If Polaris would just put a better front suspension (adjustable shocks) and lower the weight a bit it would rule! The scrambler will always be faster.

It tops out at around49mph unless your going down hill. I didn't buy the wolverine for speed. It's a great all around Utility/Sport quad!

My wifes wolverine will fun 54 pretty easy. It is a solid machine, but like wolvy 450, didnt but it for speed. Only reason I got it over the scrambler was no chain, more comfortable, and I couldnt stand the scramblers headlights. Other then those things I think the scrambler is a great machine.

no its not the kodiak. It doesnt have a locker, doesnt have a low range, different tire size. Not the same machine.

If you look at the Kodiak 400 it has no low range either an no locker. Look at how it is setup. It is the Kodiak 450.

Kodiaks have or at least used to have a locker. It has a red button you pushed to lock the rear. And even if it was the same as the kodiak, who cares? It was a good bike for the wife so I bought it, whether it was the same as the kodiak or not. Many people were under the same impression about the KFX 700 being a prairie with new plastic. Wasnt the case either.

the kodiaks red button didnt lock the rear end... in pre 03's it engaged the limited slip front differential...03's and after it did the same, but the front end lock was available... the rear end is always locked on a kodiak
