Well I am not sure on how many cc's you will gain but i can tell you some up grades that will definantly help you out. You might want to try and get a white brothers e series slip on, that will make a huge difference. You might want to switch your filters to K&N, that will help preformance a little. Also maybe a jet kit or re jet your quad. Also a new air box, maybe aaaaaaaaa i think its called a hpd air box. Those will really add the ***** to your quad. This will make a big performance up grade. Also a clutch kit.

Best advice is to talk to Rick Ritter and see what advice he gives you.

just boring it out isn't going to give you much if anything noticable. you are only wasting the amount of times your topend can be rebuilt. if you want more power, start with a pipe, clutch kit, and a better airfilter. or you could just call rick ritter as stated above.
an e-series slip on is a four stroke pipe, hence it won't work on a 2-stroke.

If you are looking to make it have more cc you need to talk to AZ Bad Boyzzz they have a 7mm stroker kit that bring it up close to 300cc an the they have a 12mm stroker kit that uses the 300cc cylender an make it close to a 350 I think. But i know they have some fast 250 motor with there reedcage conversion

Well you can see what i've done to my tblazer 250 below and i can tell you that it is a rocket for a 250. The only thing holding it back is good clutching but should have my spring and weights next week. I know a guy who is a dyno tester for Polaris and i was talking to him about putting a wiseco piston in mine and he said don't bother and just replace the rings. He said they weren't impressed with them, performance and durability wise, you either have great luck or terrible luck.
