800 Primary Clutch
My dealer got my clutch setup properly now it will turn 6350 rpm and it is alot faster on take off and a i am very pleased with this setup, you can power brake by barely touching the gas and holding the front brake it will smoke the tires no problem now i am very happy with this 800 primary it was worth the money especially if you truning bigger than stock size tires.

This is very old and I realize that. I want to increase my bottom end too. I have the MV7 and I have a spare '05 800 primary(1322495). Could I use it for want I want to do? I tried to follow the threads to see what everyone was doing, got a little confusing! Someone hold my hand, Please, and walk me through this. I would like to know, start to finish, what do I do?(what year primary, belt, springs, weights, special tools, clearances, etc...) I also have a Heel Clicker too. What about the secondary clutch? Should I do any mod here? Thanks in advance!

If you have the Heelclicker all you need to do is set up the weights for your MV and put it in the 800 primary. You can still use the 700 belt with the 800 primary. I need to know what secondary is on the MV. Is it the old style or is it the roller secondary? Thats the only way I could tell you how to set it up. I have the 05 primary and it almost the same as the 06. They only done a very small change in the 06 & 07 primarys Vs. the 05. Let me know if you need any more help.

Ok since you have the roller secondary I would NOT put the heelclicker secondary spring in that came with your kit. The spring that comes with the heelclicker kit is about the same rate as the one that come in the 700 roller secondarys from factory. So I would leave your secondary alone.
