With the 800 primary the low end and mid range is awesome now i need some heavier weights i am only seeing about 5800 rpm and with my stock clutch i was at 6350 rpm. Boy when this clutch engauges it hits really hard no lag, tire spin with light thottle, i can sit on cement and hold the brake and burp the throttle and it will spin no problem. I can creep along alot easier now and taking off in high i get no more bog on take off, get me some heavier weights to get my rpm back up and i'll be very happy. I let my atv run for a 1/2 hr with the new belt to help it brake in.

I think i got my clutch figured out i spoke with Dale at HSP and he told me the belt to sheave clearance should be .030 and i have a 1/4 inch, so now i can't find anyone with clutch tools so i am going to have the clutch pulled again and send it to hsp to have the set the belt clearance, i got excellent bottom end and no top end because the clutch isn't closing as far as it should. Also you may want to reconsider setting the belt to shieve distance at .030, I wouldn't set it that tight because unless your belt is in perfect alignment and stays that way it'll be very hard to shift gears. I agree a 1/4" is way too much though, to much shim under the spider
