Default I did it again

I just bought me a 2006 800. Sweet unit Black and Silver, this is my third Polaris Quad.
Sure does sound nice, can't wait to get her dirty.
I was wondering if Polaris fixed the melting plastic issue that the 2005 were having. My deale told me that they have only seen one that melted. Also I can't see any difference between the two except that the o6 is a little wider, taller and longer. Is there anything else.

I am a happy camper

Git her done

I was told that the 06 sportsman's have new cv joints called double offset joint and stonger cv boots. not sure what other improvements were made but I'll check the 06 polaris dealer hand book.
