When I put hot seat pipe on my 700 the dealer said it didn't respond like other 700's he had worked on. I even changed The cdi. I was told by more than three dealers that some 700's were faster than others, Not I dealer or mechanic could explain why. Any suggestions?

exactly right!

If your machine was broken easy there is a change that the rings dont hold as high of a compression and others, it may also be that the clutches are not lined up correctly
