Default Buying a 03 Sp 700 is this a good price??

Ok, im looking at a 2003 Sportsman 700 for $3500 at my dealer, im going to trade straight across for my trail boss. Its got 2700 miles on it and 180 hrs (it was street legal) its not in to bad of condition, its realy faded but runs REAL good because ive already taken it riding for a day. Its got new tires and everything works. Just wondering if its a good deal. Thanks

Sounds like a good deal to me. I just traded my 02 700 with 3000 miles and 180 hours and they're asking 4200 for it.

Jack it up and see if there is any wobble to the tires. If yes, it will need rear or front bearings. Also check the axle boots real close.

ok, got the sp 700 today, went riding and now i took it completely apart, body, wheels, racks all off. Going to paint EVERYTHING. This is a very ideal atv for me, plenty of power, exellent ride, body like my tb and everything is working good. ill post 3 pics soon, 1 of when i got it, 1 of when i stripped it and 1 of the finished product. This thing has ALOT more power than my tb and a lil more than my 500ho just more low end torque. Pull wheelies in High and almost flips over in Low. This was a straight across trade for 3500 dollars.just an update.
