sportsman wiring diagram

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a '94 sportsman 4x4? The neutral safety switch works, but the startter spins up regardless of the shift setting.

Are you trying to say the atv starts in any gear? It should be able to start in any gear it is made that way.

guess i'm still learning - It can start up in fwd (hi/lo) or reverse - i saw 2 switches atop the transmission - figured one was neutral safety and the other was for the reverse light

That what the fourms are for learning. Its working right they are made to start in gear. One of the switches you are seeing is the gear indicator switch.
