Yeah.......any time you add more flow, exhaust or intake........you should have to rejet to make it run perfect.......now you might get by with not having to, depending on your current jetting and how particular you are with you jetting.......

If you're going to spend the money on the pipe, also spend the $50 or so to get a high flow air filter on it. You may also want to mod the airbox, or get an open or prescreen lid for it. Once you do that you will definately want to rejet it.

Pipe and header are nice, but you won't be taking full advantage unless you take care of the intake also. The intake is the easier and cheaper part of it anyway.
Oh, and yes, I believe the jet is a stock jet (150 I believe).

The TLD, LE, and standard Pred's all come stock with a 150mj. In your owners manual there's a brief chart about temp and altitude in relation to a 155mj and a 150mj. I've had my Pred for 10 weeks now and have been adding some sort of mod every other week. I put a K&N drop in filter and the PP pipe and at top end of the powerband it fluttered, so I thought it was lean and put a 155mj in, same flutter. Did some research and found out it was the rev limiter. The PP pipe gives the engine that much more sensitivity that you can actually hear and feel hitting the max of the limiter, not to mention the gearing in the TLD impact it as well. With the Rath header the 155mj may work better, I'm going to watch the plug and see how it burns.

user3657: join Predatorowners.com and read the posts and post your own questions, it's a great site. Take it slow on the mods and learn about it before you jump in. In all with the Rath header and a good air filter or air box mod I think you'll be good with the current jetting just keep an eye on your plug paper bag color your good, black your rich, white your lean which isn't good.
