Default Out of ideas... Predator service help!?!

Hey guys,

So here's my question:

For those who don't know, about 2 weeks after i got my LE, the transmission went out. Approximately every gear but first needed to be replaced and my local dealer did so. The tranny felt lots notchier, but it worked when i got it back. (a month later) well, it worked...briefely, the clutch locked up about 30 mins after i was on it. This time the dealer cited my case having lubrication problems and new bearings / clutch and a whole new bottom end were sent in. The tranny still needs a lot of work, as sometimes it simply WILL NOT hit 4th. so since i've only had it like... 1.5 - 2 months... i need this stuff rectified. the simptoms and my question follow (along with some comparisons.)

My LE's radiator fan is on about 3 times as often my buddies TLE
Fourth is still pretty well the notchiest gear EVER!
POSSIBLE POWER LOSS??? i have to take the quiet core out of my pure polaris muffler to beat the TLE (which is bone stock).

ANYONE HAVE ANY CLUES what the h3ll is wrong with my LE? where should i go next, if everything my dealer has done has still left it in th above condition? Since i know that Rick Ritter knows his stuff, does he have a service shop? it'd be a hell of a drive, but if he could fix this d@mn thing, it would be worth it!

Take it back to the dealer and contact polaris yourself and see if they will give you a new one and make sure they extend your warranty on it.

Warranty extension :: ALREADY DID
Replacement of Vehicle :: Polaris says no way!

the thing is, EVEN if the waranty is extended, if they cannot fix the problem, big deal! you know what i mean? If the waranty only fixes it to half-@$$ed status, then who cares how long it goes for!

You MAY want to try a diferent dealer..I cant report any dealer mechanics that are better than the other though.

I have heard some good things about Spicers Boat city....however they seem to be super slow..they are a very high volume dealership when it comes to sleds...boats..so your quad might not be a high priority.

try a new dealer...remember that the squeeky wheel gets the grease

having said that Yamaha told me to "EAT CRAP AND DIE" and I fixed my raptor tranny problems myself

I think your only chance then is a different dealer with better mechanics. Obviously the one your at doesnt have the skills needed. Not all dealers are equall.
