wheel spacers on a 05 pred.?
#1
hello,
my 05 pred has a 10" front rim and 9" in the rear. i know my front bolt pattern to be 4x156 like the utility models. but in my research i found the rear to be 4x110, is this a fact.? i've seen and heard of several riders using spacers as an alternative to the full blown a-arms and axles to gain a wider track....
after putting a set of 1" ers on my sp700 it felt wider and was stable thru quick turns and helped me stay on dry ground when riding in the ruts. i put lock tight and slippage paint on the inside / outside lug nuts to keep them torqued.
but as for my pred what do you think of them on it for "moderate" riding only, group trails and such.???
thanks in adv...
