Default Question For Drag Motor 400

I found a 400 express 1998, and was wondering is the engine set up the same as say a 99 sport or scrambler. I saw a discussion on here once stating at a particular year model the port layout was different. Also are the primary and secondary clutches the same? And one last note if there are any hunters or mudriders out there that would be interested in the rest of the bike i.e. frame, plastics.....on and on let me know. Come on Ced...Bubba...I know yall will know the answer to this. Thanks

Yes the motors are the same,it's the early 96 and previous years you want to stay away from. This is because they didnt have any boost ports. The clutches will be the same unless it is the EBS model,i'm not sure which year they started.
