it may not be the fastest stock but it opens up real well with a simple air filter and exhaust change. If you race either 450's who ever wins is ussually the best rider. the two 450's and the pred are very close in performance. You asked about reliability, I have the 05 LE and almost a hundred hours on it with zero problems. Just lots of oil changes. the le or tld is by far the best right off the floor with the dougless wheels on maxis razors, fox podium shocks, chromemolly axle w/lifetime warranty, and with the LE you get the white bros exhaust which adds another 4hp.

 

NOT a true lifetime warranty..its LIMITED..dont make that mistake. I did.
