Hey Ya'll,
Sorry I am reposting with a little better Title description. I just got a 2005 scrambler, it does great in mud but any sign of water and it chocks out due to intake design. Anyone know of any airbox, snorkel, mods, ect. For a 2005 Scrambler, I have burned google up looking for mods or ideas.

i dont have any reall issues with water entering the airbox unless its real deep. but that to be expected.

what do you mean it chokes it out? have you checked your airbox after hitting some water? is there alot in there? if not,you might also check some of your ignition components up front under the hood. if theres a loose connection, it might be shorting it out briefly, causing a misfire, simulating the sounds of it choking out due to water entry. check your plug wire from the motor to the coil. sometimes a splash on to it, if its loose, will also cause misfire.

Yeah there is never any water in my box!
I think you might be my new hero, I never thought of that but it is like a missfire elctrical studder now that I think of it! Going to have to go play and check it out when I get home! I am in the Air Force currently in Korea and just bought it last time I was in on leave but will be home in like two weeks and will give it hell, Thanks again man
