What else can i do to my tb to make it better for cheap $$$$$ i already have a K&N airfilter, HPD standard clutch kit, HPD Trail Pipe and Silencer, and New Maxxis Razor 2 front and rear tires on their way for Christmas.

Depends on how cheap you are talking about. There are tons of things to do to the 250 to make it very quick. You have the basics. A port job is a great way to go. Lightened flywheel, flat slide carb. Port job is the next biggest gain above the pipe and a cheap mod.
