I am interested in one also, any one that has put a 40mm on that would like to sell the old one??????

Ya know.. it just so happens that Im fixing to be purchasing a 40mm carb, H.O. cam.. and necessary parts for my Scrambler... its a 97 so its got the 34mm carb on it now.......
