Trail Boss top speed
#1
I recently rebuilt a 1993 250 Trail Boss and it runs great. Not the engine just bearings, motor mounts, brakes and chain and sprokets. I am not happy with the top end speed I am getting from it. I'm sure the sprokets are stock sizes because I just replaced them and I am wondering if I can change them to get more top end. If so what size should I use and will I loose alot on the bottom end?

Thanks ftw, I have not had alot of experience with PVT chutches except to regrease the one on my Grizzly. I will try a white spring but what does it do to the gearing of the clutch? Maybe allow the primary chutch to open more to a larger diameter? Thanks for your help.
