3/4 of crap that has went wrong was before any mods. i think every other polaris is a POS. they either last forever or fall apart.
also polaris themselves are As**oles! they dont care about anybody just themselves making money..

couple of un related breakdowns. Guage cluster quit! intake hose split(dirt in motor!) every thing leake front end rear end tranny mtor brakes... gas lines split or rub through.. radiator hose rub through.. fan bearing right away polaris said they wouldnt fix it its supose to be loud and clunk and grind when it shuts off.. etc. etc. etc.

Honda! only thing that lasts.. i have 81 atc nothing but bearings and 1 coil ever went bad!

My dad used to have an explorer 400 and it had to many problems to count. Almost anything you can think of went wrong with this quad. Than we got a predator and it works great.

Hey bugmanjr3351,
I'm glad you took off the Polaris blinders and now you see the light.

yes i own that bad one, over 25 problems since i purchases the piece. 2 years old in march. Working on clutch and brake problems now, o and the two main bolts that hold the bottom of the hub on wollowed out.. so thats another thing im working on...anyway Kawasaki or Honda all the way!
Just noticed all the mods to your Polaris. Friend's got a honda with similer mods, Nothin but problems from it since. Axles, brakes, hubs, clutches rear end, front end, etc. Seems like alot of stress on any brand when you push the design to the limits. No rudeness intended.
That seens to be his answer to anyone that has problems with their Polaris. No rudeness intended.
No.. seems to me we know only one guy that doesn't know how to take care of his quad.. And his name starts with gun and ends with 7..

Hey Bryce,
For your info, I own a 05 VForce. They had that problem fixed already. They put on thicker tie rod's on. I already have over 2,000 miles on it with no problems. Just oil change's and air filter services. I wish I could say that for my Scrambler. I have about 4,500 miles on the Scrambler and I just about rebuilt the hole bike. And my driving style hasn't changed. So far I don't have any problems with Kawasaki. At least Kawasaki's don't have plastic melting problem's or quad burning problem's.

Hmm.. seems I have had our Trailblazers for two years and we did not have to replace any tie rod ends, nor did we break any plastic like the Kaws. So by using your way of thinking, our Polaris Trailblazers must be much better than your VForce. And since the Trailblazers are the same frame, wheels, tires and brakes as the Scrammy..

Hey Bryce,
If you can take the blinders off for a sec. I said Kawasaki fixed the thin tie rod problem before before 05. As for the plastic cracking, only the special colors one's have that problem. That's why I got the orange one. The standard orange and the lime green don't have that problem. That shows what you know about it.

Dang.. seems you don't even read the Kaw forum. LOL.. seems the LE plastic is bad, but all KFX plastic is much worse than the competition. And the front end is yet to be fixed. The kaw just has inadequte suspension. All the rags say that. Must be your Kaw blinders again. I find it amusing that you suggest we all have blinders, but when it comes to your KFX700, you are much worse!!
