Nevermind on the grill - If you pull hard enough it comes off. I do have to remove the upper retainer clips from each side of the radiator shroud. There must be a tool made for this. I thought I could install this easily, but if you don't have the right tools, it's tougher. Any one ever install a front bumper on a 2005 Sportsman 500?

Discovered my error - did not start drinking beer BEFORE I started a project. Go the thing on pretty easily after I tougged and pulled a little bit. There's something about putting too much stress on plastic that bothers me...

Happy, happy.....
Merry, Merry......

Directions said to use a set of pre-drilled holes for the 600-700 or another set for the 400-500. The only way it would fit was ti use the wrong holes. Misprint or what? It's on. Time to pop another top.

When I got home last night after hunting, I noticed the front grill cover was missing. Odds are against finding it. Checked Polaris site for replacements parts but no luck. Where would you look for one?

PS - Apparently it takes more than pushing and hearing the click back in place..........
