Default 700 twin, rear shock adjustment

I noticed on my 700 twin; that the rear shocks are adjustable. Since I weigh 240 lbs, I thought I might turn it up a couple notches. Anyone messed with this adjustment on a sportsman?

does the front end just want to go straight under power? My 03-700 did the same thing when I first got it , jack up the rear and turn the adjustment up all the way, much better, if you dont have the proper tool from polaris you can use a pair of channel-locks.
