OUTLAW BEATS RAPTOR700, DS650 AND KFX700

I doubt the Outlaw will beat any 700cc quad. The Predator can't beat them, and the Outlaw has the same motor in it. The Outlaw is a Predator with IRS. So I don't know where this BS came from.

I guess according to the article the Outlaw won because it was a TRAIL test. If you ever get the chance to ride on a rugged trail (I.E. not smoooth) try it with a straight axle ATV then do it again with an IRS ATV. You will usually notice a HUGE differance.
I have ridden some trails here on my wifes Sportsman (IRS) and then the same trails on my brother-in-laws 05 Raptor 660, the Sportsman could maintain the same speed if not more because it just ate up the rocks, bumps, logs, etc.. Granted you would only be doing between 20-25 mph tops but it was easier to maintain control with the IRS. The Raptor would want to bouce all ocer the place while the sportsman would track fairly straight.
So I would expect the Outlaw to be able to maintain a higher speed through trail areas than the other ATV's in this test, probably not by much but given the type of racing the Outlaw is designed for (GNCC) just 1 mph per hour average more than the others would be HUGE in a long race. Rider comfort for less driver fatigue would also be VERY beneficial in a long race.
Plus after riding behind Raptors, blasters, predators, etc on trails up here and watching the riders get beat to hell, I would certainly welcome a better ride in that environment. Thats why I put in an order for an OUTLAW, it should fit the environment I ride in very well.
