I have a plow on my 99 and it works awesome! I was skeptical about not having low range and it being a 2stroke, but I have plowed at least 15" of snow without a problem, I am truely amazed. It does work the poor thing , though. I am still on my original everything except plug and tires. I do have an electrical problem with the 4x4 that cuts out sometimes. My dealer said this era of Polaris`s had some electrical issues , but dont let that detere you. I have many hard miles on mine and am still grinnin!!

I use the Polaris Gold Synthetic, idk if it really makes that much of a difference but for as long as a quart lasts its worth the extra little bit to buy the synthetic.

polaris gold syn. for oil inj. and i run the premix honda coolant in mine. most coolants are suitable for these bikes. unless your running a souped up race bike. good luck and Happy New Year to ya. These bikes are top notch and a blast to ride.
