I had pretty good luck with a rotozip or dremmel but you can use a jigsaw.
Just a little sanding on the edges when you are done.

I used a jig saw with a fine tooth blade, I just used masking tape to draw out the lines and then just followed the tape lines. Then like stated above just sand the rough edges off and it'll be in good shape!

i taped thick plastic to mine and drew an out line of the fender and what i was going to shave off then i cut my templet out and was able to use it on both fenders to make sure it was even.
i cut the plastic with a dremmal and i could not belive how easy it cut like a hot knife through butter....

I was planning on using the rotozip to cut it, then the dremmel to clean/sand it smooth. If the atv in your photos is the one you cut. Nice job.

Talonhawk and Jayblazer both of you did a real nice job on cutting your fenders and fixing up your atv's. I have two trailblazers I'm trying to convert. Where did you two find your front bumpers w/ skid plates. Did ya remove the stock front ends.

Is your DG front bumper and skid made for a TB. I see alot of parts being put on are from Banshee or Raptor's.

My bumper is from DG and I had it powder coated black to match the frame. Like jayblazer said,
the frames for the trailblazers and scramblers are the same but the DG bumper for a TB won't
fit a scrambler because of the radiator the scramblers have.
