predator needs top end... again... getting sick of it.

this seem ridiculous to anyone else? no matter how many phone calls are made to polaris they're not willing to help. I hate to do it, but I got a lawyer to push the lemon law issue, and if this gets taken care of, this may be my last polaris machine (it's my sixth... i really hate to say this...) but i'm starting to think i'm done with the company... sounds lke my 400ex. that thing keeps having problums. i spent over $2500 fixing the engine so far. now theirs so much more wrong with the engine that the shops wont fix it cuz it will cost to much and will take to long to fix. and the motor is all stock engine. the shop rebuilt my engine. and then 5 hours lator it was burning oil again. they ajusted the valves to.

No disrespect but, you quit making payments they just ruin your credit, that will not help you at all.

No disrespect taken - however, what's going on here is what's called a mitigating circumstance in which any other creditor would completely understand, therefore your credit would stand, take it from me I had it happen and it all worked out extremly well.

if polaris wont extend your warrenty, i would go for a lemon law and try a different model. this really shouldent be happening, ive never heard of this happening. maybe walk over to www.predatorowners.com and see what they have to say on the matter? alot of big names run through there
