Default predator needs top end... again... getting sick of it.

hey guys,

For those not keeping score at home, here's what's happenned so far:

1) Plastic Heat sheild melting
2) LED tail light stopped working
3) quiet core in Pure Polaris Muffler came apart
4) Transmission lock-up (every gear replaced)
5) Clutch assembly siezed (whole case replaced as well due to lubrication problems.)
6) Lost compression (whole top end assembly found out of spec and replaced)

And the latest:

7) lost compression on new motor again w/ only 11 hours on it. This time cams are out of spec, and valves are stuck open.

this seem ridiculous to anyone else? no matter how many phone calls are made to polaris they're not willing to help. I hate to do it, but I got a lawyer to push the lemon law issue, and if this gets taken care of, this may be my last polaris machine (it's my sixth... i really hate to say this...) but i'm starting to think i'm done with the company... Wow, Polaris won't help with any of it?
They use to be good at helping out. How old is it? How many hours?

2005 Limetted Edition

it had about 25 hours on the first motor and only like 11 on this one. Polaris will do nothing for me. They say to keep using their waranty. But that's not solving anything obviously! and further more, i bought it in August and it has been in the shop almost non-stop since. this machine literally experiences a maximum of a week of run time before sitting in the shop for a month again. i'm almost out of waranty and no where near out of problems...

Get it repaired under waranty, then sell it before it blows up again. I think the predators have more problems because its a totally new design ( for polaris) Everything else they make is snowmobile based.

you've really had alot of issues with it, but all your other polaris quads have been good too you, why not just call this a fluke, pull your lemon law ordeal, get a new Outlaw and call it done. if it gives you problems bite the bullet, say you tried and leave polaris. seems like alot, but if you can get ahold of a outlaw for free and get rid of your 'Nemisis' then id do it. after owning 5 previous machines with out any/much complaints id say you've realy gotten a fluke.

now all we have to do is wait for gunman, or one of the other idiots, or the yamaha serial killers to come in and take the oportunity to bash polaris.

Update:

The service guy got polaris to give me new: Head, cams, valves, springs, buckets, shims, cam cap, and whatever else i forgot about that's above the piston. he also went through all his previous work and checked it all. it was all still in spec. Hopefully this thing stays together this time.... even still, i'm hoping for that lemon law claim to go through... no outlaw for me tho. Sorry guys, but i don't think that there's anyway that rear end is gonna stay together... i'll wait at least a year to hear how it works. too many moving parts if you ask me. anyway, that's where i'm sitting on that whole thing.

The Outlaw uses the the same motor as the Predator. Sincerely one of the other so called idiots.
