I just picked up a new 06 predator TLD today. All I have to say is that I love it. Now I just need to figure out what kind of mods to do to it. I was thinking of a hmf pipe with a rath header but I don't know what kind of intake to put on it. Any input would be helpful.

Welcome to the forums and the Predator world...good places to be on both counts.

Mods...what you have listed are really good. Hearing different reviews, but if you get the chance, cruise over to predatorowners.com and see what they are saying. The HMF is really good from what I understand. The Rath header is also nice, but for the money, you can do some other things that will probably work out better.

As far as the intake, also look at Pred Owners for some suggestions. I went with a straight clamp-on K&N and an Outerwares and it runs really good. There are options though to look at. That just seemed the easiest, most effecient to me, so I went with it.

Thanks for the info. I was just going off by what i've read. My main problem is the jetting. I'm clueless when it comes to jetting. I was also thinking about the hmf full system but my friends tell the me the rath header is really good. Anyways I got some time to decide what I want I just need to know what not to waist my money on.

Well I decided on a K&N clamp on for the intake. Ive been thinking about getting the white bro pure polaris pipe or the hmf pipe. I mainly ride on my track or at my friends house so loudness isn't an issue. Now about the jetting should i get a jet kit and which one? I was thinking about getting the jet kit from jetsRus. Also should I stay with the stock header or go with another header like the rath or hmf?

you should go to a polaris dealer and get a full pure polaris pipe and they will give you the right jets to go along with your applacation....

You are on the right track, rath is a good choice.I chose a bigun slip on,drill airbox 1" uni, dyno jet kit and k&n filter. There is a problem with mounting the filter directly to the carb without modifying or chaging your carb(nicholas cycle carb mod) the carb is vaccum acc. pump not mechaical so by putting the filter on the carb you loose the velocity created by the tube.(rath also sell an adapter for a k&n that goes on the tube, please go to predatorowners.com it will help you alot.
