Not to give the helmet lecture again but..... I am suprised to see how many people out on the trails dont wear helmets. If you are even going 15-20 mph and you smack your head on a tree or a rock it can kill you, or much worse youll end up with brain damage and be a vegetable. If you find a good helmet, they are very comfortable and I always wear goggles too so they compliment each other well. Broken bones heal, broken brains dont.
