Does anyone know exactly where the engine is built. I know my kids Scrambler 50 was made in Taiwan and quality was less than acceptable - so now it's gone. I read above that the pred/outlaw motor was designed in the US, and my personal distaste for anything made in China/Taiwan would keep me from buying a Polaris if it were mainly made there.

I don't have the same animosity toward Japan, because their products are very good.

The youth models are made by alpha motorsports, and have polaris plastic. The adult model single motors are made by fuji/robbins. They have american and japaneese plants. The twins are a joint polaris- fuji/robbins design. Think they are made in USA. So a little of everything. The design is American.

Cald, you were actually the guy that gave me the push to put a deposit on an Outlaw. I read your posts over at PerdatorOwners.com and loved your review.
Do you have any more pics of it, I can't get enough of it?

There are quite a few of us interested in the outlaw.
