I just upgraded my winch to a 3.0ci. I notices there isn't much of a frame that the winch is hooked to. You would think that polaris would beef up that area. The bolts are also easy to strip out due to the frame being so thin. I think if I did pull something that weighed 3000 lbs, it would pull the bolts out or just bend the frame.

 

I put nuts on the bolts.

 

try it first, if it wont work, then complain.
