i just bought a uni air filter for my trailblazer. and was wondering why theres no foam on top. its open on the top. Does this make since? And i know i bought the right one. What do i do?

 

I'll try to help sence no one is helping you. I don't know much about the two stroke air box, but from what you are saying, that doesn't sound right to me. I think what you got is the foam sleeve that goes over the screen filter asm. Just take the old foam off the stock filter and put the UNI foam on the stock filter. Don't forget to oil your UNI filter before you put it on. Have fun. Later.

 

one end of the cylinder seals on the bottom of the airbox and the other end seals on the lid!!!
