Default Drive clutch bushing removal

I am replacing the teflon coated bushings in my '01 SP 500HO driven clutch. I was able to pop out the cover bushing with ease but the moveable bushing that is behind the spider is really giving me a fit. I really don't want to mess up the aluminum it presses into. any words of advice or ways to get this Bushing out?
