Team secondary or clutch kit
#1
I have seen alot you guys talking about the team secondary kit. Does my brother need a clutch kit or does he just need to get the team secondary setup and a new primary and secondary spring.
Or does he need both kits.
Thanks

It depends on what he is expecting out of his Scrambler.Best results will be with the TEAM and primary spring and weights. But to get it dialed in perfectly he will need a tach,a few differant primary springs and weight sets. And lots of time to test them.It took me a couple weeks to get mine where I wanted it.If cash is a matter get the roller secondary and a Dalton blk/white primary spring.I ran mine like that for awhile and it was ok.

cool TEAM roller setup, some weights and springs.
iI noticed you have a yellow spring, what are the benfits of it?
If he gets the dalton white/black spring what kind of weights would you suggest? (since you had that setup)
Thanks for your help
he plans to get the team secondary, the airbox mod, and white bros setup

a team clutch will definitely help things out. if you call hpd or ritter cycle, they will set you up with the parts you need. just tell them what you want out of your scrammy for performance and they will at the very least give you a good starting point to begin testing parts to dial in. i agree with ftwflh, you will need some time to get it right.

Hey Gatorhunter,
Just get the spring kit. I had a roller secondary from HPD and it fell apart within a year. I guess whoops and jumping is no good on them from what HPD told me. Unless your going to drive on flat ground. To much money to throw away if your on a tight budget. Just my 2 cent's.

The Dalton spring is BLK/WHITE and you run the stock weights and it works good.
I have run a TEAM clutch for 3 yrs now with no problem and I jump and do rough trails.
