I see you have the 800 pipe and white brothers muffler, I'm thinking of buying them. how much louder is it than stock? Did it help quite a bit with power? And have you done any playing with the number of disks in the muffler, what seems to work the best?

I have a video clip here that might help you see how it sounds. So far I have 6 disks in with a quiet core. I have played with the disks and like the 6 disks the best not to loud and plenty of power down low. The more disc you add the more it helps top end end the more you take off the better bottom end will be. I fill with the 800 header and White bros. I gained very good results.

 

nice wheelie, I think I'll order one then maybe try the roller secondary and 800 primary. I'm sure I'll have to set mine up a little different cause Douglas Wyo is about 5000 ft. and we regularly ride up to 9000.Thanks again

Yea the 800 primary is a great mod.

 

i use the 800 pipe and wb muffler with 10 disks on my 600 sptsmn. also have an 800 primary, with heelkliker under construction. probebly will hold off on clutch because i'm very close to getting an 800 crank, rod, piston assy. for it.
