yeh. i finially got my awd drive to work. come to find out that i had pulled out the outer mag. pole where it was out of line with inner mag. pole. must have happen when i pulled axel out of hub to replace cv boot or putting axle in. had a friend make me up a brass punch to tap outer pole or steel sleave back in so that i wouldnt ding up steel sleave when i tap it in. yall watch out for this when you take apart your front wheel. i almost bought a 200.00 hilliard clutch . just wanted to let you know about this with the awd system, cause it drove me crazy tring to figure it out, 2002 freedom sportsman all stock.
