Home made Lift kit with out spending big bucks$$$$$$

If you have mac struts on the front of your atv example sportsman, expedtion, xplorer, or any other polaris atv with mac struts up front. If you have these and you wont a lift kit with out big bucks spent. Then all you need is 2'' long metal pipe 2 and 3-4 of an inch in diameter. Take your shock apart and put these metal spacers in. Just like a highlifter kit. Then all you need is the back lift and youre set save 100 buck on average tried on my atv works fine!!!!!!!!!!!!

On one post you ask whether you should install a lift kit; on a post immediately following you announce you've already installed a lift kit. I'm confused. Please clarify.

My brother has an xpedtion 425 just like mine he has a home made lift kit thats were i got my idea

where do you put the pipe?
how do you take the strut apart??
will it hold up to jumps???
