gearcase removal

gearcase removal

I dont want to buy the manual for this one thing. All I need to know is how to remove the front and rear shaft from the gearcase. I have a used complete case I need to install.....

gearcase removal

Split the case , remove shifting forks, top gera will come off, tap shafts with rubber mallet, Buy new seals for case or they will leak.
