Hey everybody. i recently purchased an 02 trailblazer 250. its in total disarray. it needs front fenders a muffler and an ignition switch. I need some advice. What would be the best exhaust to put on this bike? stock or pay the extra 100-200 dollars more and buy a performance exhaust. if so, which kind and what should i look for? what about a clutch kit? what should i do about it? should i get a performance kit too if i get a better exhaust or leave it stock? from what i've heard the bike cant keep up with some of the other 250 quads, im wanting to add some HP so i can and out run the 250ex and the 250 quadsport. and to destroy a blaster . any ideas?
-thanks

thanks. i checked it out and might buy it. one more question, how do i tune the clutch? i would like to know how to do one before i bought the kit. hoping that maybe i can do something b/4 spending that kind of money. also, how much weight can you safely take off the flywheel? i've heard up to 13 ounces, but i've done all of mine on vws and figured i can do the same on my polaris...ne suggestions?

Tuning a clutch is an indepth process. But for cheap mod a spring change is what most do.Get either a Polaris white or green primary spring.

I would definitely go with a RCR stage 1 kit, I'm gonna get one whenever I get my tax return back. Rick will hook you up with the correct spring for the pipe that you get from him. While your getting that kit just ask him about the flywheel, he knows a lot better than I do.
