NEED torque specs[top/bottom]for Polaris Explorer 300!!!

Default NEED torque specs[top/bottom]for Polaris Explorer 300!!!

i have looked everywhere, and its a 1998 Polaris Explorer 300... i waited 3 weeks for this last damn bearing to come in, and now i just need the torque settings for the top and bottom end.

anybody out there with this information, PLEASE ASSIST. thanks very very much

Per my 96-97 service manual.

EC25PF/EC28PF Engines

Page 3.16

Step 16: Torque case half attaching bolts in three steps to 17 ft. lbs. (2.3 kg-m) following the pattern on page 3.2

Default NEED torque specs[top/bottom]for Polaris Explorer 300!!!

before torquing the case together, here is some steps before that should be taken per the SM.

Step 1-9 (my wording) Insure crank is together and aligned!!!!!! Lots of mic'ing to be done here!

Step 10: Clean surfaces and remove crackcase end seals

Step 11: HEAT PTO side of case to HOT to touch

Step 12: Install cracnshaft into heated case

Step 13: HEAT MAG side of case till HOT to touch

Step 14: Place loctite 518 gasket eliminator on ONE of the case halves

Step 15 Reinstall MAG side half

Step 16: Torque to in three step to 17ft lbs following pattern

Step 17 ~ on Piston, Cylinder and so forth.
