Depending on what you are looking for the best choices are for better take off and exceleration the EPI red or Polaris white springs are good the draw back to these is it does raise your engagment speed up some.For low engament and more topend the EPI pink is the way to go.
You can do the change with basic tools and a little mechanical knowlage.

cluthch spring??
Taking the Polaris white out of mine, and putting in the EPI pink (should be here on Wednesday). The white was a little too high in engagement, not a problem for me, but if you have anyone else ride, it can be akward and dangerous for them. I did lose a little of the top end too. I have heard several people say the pink is a better spring, and I'll let you know in a week.
