Default Polaris Predator jetting

I have an 05 pred tld with full hmf exhaust and rath racing air box eliminator kit...the one that used the stock intake with a k&n cone filter....any rec. on jetting?

Default Polaris Predator jetting


170 - 175 main. Choose one of those and depending on where you live, you should be able to get pretty close. Might just need some needle tweeks from there.

I agree^^^ probably around a 172.5....with a 50 pilot.

Default Polaris Predator jetting

ok here is where i am at....05 tld 500..hmf full exhaust...rath racing/k&n adaptor......i live in ohio...temp about 35 Deg.....although i set my bike up sat whe the temp was about 60deg...i am up to a 50 pilot and a190 main...started with a 180 ran good other than wide open....get better and better with bigger jets....i am at a 190 now......with just a very slight hesitation at wide open.......does this sound right? seems way over jetted......i piulled the plug and it is still a little tan.....should i adjust the mixture screw...and how do u do that? needle is up off the seat as far is it will go.
