the only difference is the headlights handlebars and no 4x4 . a trail blazer400 and a 400 2x4 scrambler are just about the same

if that's the only difference, then im still going to go for the scrammy because i probably can find one cheaper than a TB 400.

If I was going to buy a scrammy it would be a 4x4. I have had no problems with the one I own. If I wanted a 2x4 I would get a Pred. or a outlaw becauce I think they would handle so much better.

ya i had a 400 scrambler for a few weeks then the motor blew, so did my sport 400. so i decided to put a 500 ho in it, it is almost together now, waiting for parts. i like the scrambler a lot. but it doesn't have the best handling, maby it is not that bad to others ( maby because i am use to riding my raptor) . i am hoping to put a pipe in it and maby a plow for the winter

it should do great then. my 400 was very fast, about as fast as the raptor on top end. the 400 would wheelie if you really tried. it goes great in the mud even with the small tires. you should buy one. they are fun. you can find a good one for about $2200 around the year 2000-2002

If u do much jumping go with the 400 2X4 the lighter weight will be easier on the bike.
I love my 500 2X4 scrammy it does all things well, but in deeper snow it spins alot, even
on muddy trails it does good, but in deeper snow is were I would like to have 4X4, but
for me thats when I get the sleds out!!!!
