Default I did my "POLARIS" Proud in Glamis

I don't know if anybody from this forum saw me on "Brutus" last Saturday evening at the sand drags in Glamis but I did my pure POLARIS proud. There always is faster machines no matter where you go but I can honestly say that there were very few that could stay with me in the drag races. Brutus is slow out of thre hole but if given a little space to wind up it will fly like a rocket. I went to olds hill several times and was never beat to the top. We had a great week except for the Bubba bike blowing out O rings on the head and the Banshee dying a slow death we had plenty of back up Polaris bikes to ride around on in the dunes.

That sounds great Pennyless. I would like to see "BRUTUS" in action.

I made a bracket for my video camera that mounted to the side of my helmet. Sometime on the third day I nuked the camera. Right now the tape is stuck in the camera and nothing works. I need to find a service center and try to get it repaired. So I did not get any video of the racing. I will post some pictures later.

With the belt drive I don't think there is near the stress on the tranny that a clutch puts on one when you dump the clutch at several 1000 rpm's. My motor is totally stock so it is not putting out that much hp but I have never had any problems with the tranny. I have checked it for heating after hard rides and found no evidence of excessive heating. My tranny is only fwd and rev no high or low. I do not know the difference. The high low probably has some extra gears.

Saw you on your BRUTIS, who outran the Banshee named never been beat? His new name is never been beat by more than 50 quad lengths.

BRUTIS is a way cool high horse powered quad that can climb any Dune out there without problems. Never broke down and ran great, until a Banshee roosted it(on purpose) with a ton of sand and plugged up the filter the rest of the way. Some of those guys play mean with Sand.

Get your order in today for your very own!

BRUTIS was a daily driver at Glamis.

If I only had the other Paddle Tires on BUBBA BIKE when we raced up Olds Hill...........
