Default )04 Predator Trans Problem!

I was riding for about 5 mins today when I heard a grinding inside the motor went home and changed the oil to see if there was metal shaving, and there was ALOT, took the clutch side cover off and my oil pump gear had half of its teeth and I saw a big chuck of metal so I was looking at my service manual and was looking at the trans diagram and the chunk of metal looks like one of the counterbalance weight or what ever it is on the back of 2 differant gears theres one gear on the main shaft and one on the other where can I buy a new gear and complete set of gaskets cuz I'm gonna have to spit the case!!!

First, you can just get gaskets at a dealer......next, I strongly reccommend going over to www.predatorowners.com
and buying the $20 video that RIP has. He made a video about everything you need to know(hidden bolts, etc) about tearing down the motor and tranny, and going back together with it. Check in the "group purchases" section for the reviews it is getting, and then check in the "sale" section to find where he is selling them(or just pm him).....I highly reccomend this, due to the high detail of the pred motor and tranny, this would be a cheap insurance.
