My first plan was to coat and wrap my header but after calling Jet Hot they said that that they did not recommend wraping a coated header. Something about causing the pipe to crack. All I know is my plastics haven't melted any more and the pipe still looks brand new.

 

Has anyone gotten the pipe kit from Breese Lawn off e-bay. If so did it come with the heat sheilds.
