I honestly don't think 10 ounces of oil is gonna hurt the machine, actually i'm pretty positive. I seem to always have a little extra oil in my scrambler. It shouldn't hurt it, once its running, theres just more in the tank. Big deal. I've had the oil past the full mark on my scrambler since the last time I changed it. Never hurt it, better too much than too little thats for sure. Unless its like coming out the dipstick hole or something...
