Default NGK plugs

Has anyone tried the NGK Iridium IX plugs. If so what did you think compared to the standard NGK plug? Also what did you pay for one?

Thanks

I have an iridium plug in my 02 500 HO and I did notice a differance. It starts better and seems to idle alot smother too. Polaris has their quads set fat on fuel from factory, and the hotter spark for these plugs seems to burn better. I have had mine in for a year, checked yesterday and it's a nice color and looks like new. Should last alot longer than a regular one too. Just my obsevasions on my quad. Others may vary. I have one in my Trailblazer and it cost I believe $6.50.... Well worth the extra couple of dollars. I did notice a difference in low end and sound. I highly suggest getting one. My TB with my wife riding it was fouling plugs alot because of her slower riding. But have yet to foul one with the iridium. Get one, you want regret it.

I'm going to try one out. I remember buying a sea-doo back in the early 90's and I put a NGK in place of the champion plug - all I can say is the champion plug was an absolute joke.

From the factory they come with NGK. But its well worth the extra bucks to upgrade to the IRIDIUM. I get mine from oreillys or you can order them online. Let me know what yah think when you get them.
